This policy explains when you can get money back for an audit or project with Flowwagon.
Who you are dealing with

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
AI Audit
- Cancelled before the audit session: full refund.
- Once the audit has been delivered: no refund.
Projects
- Before you pay a deposit: you can cancel at any time and owe nothing.
- Once a deposit has been paid: the deposit is not refundable, because it secures our time and the work starts on that basis.
- Any further payments are set out in your quote or agreement.
Mistakes
If you were charged by mistake, for example charged twice, tell us and we'll refund the wrong charge in full.

How to ask for a refund
Email hello@flowwagon.com with your name, business, and the date and amount of the payment.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes don't affect payments made before the change.
